By accessing and using XtraSecurity ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. XtraSecurity expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

2. Use License and Restrictions

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on XtraSecurity for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall XtraSecurity or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on XtraSecurity, even if XtraSecurity or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall XtraSecurity's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the past twelve (12) months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may also delete your data upon account termination.

XtraSecurity may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service. We will post notice of material changes to these Terms on the Service or notify you by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where XtraSecurity is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Disclaimer of Service Availability

XtraSecurity does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. We are not liable for any temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service, data loss due to service interruptions, or inability to access your stored credentials or data.
